“Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分”

“The hotel has a beautiful harbor view and an excellent location right on the waterfront. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was consistently good. Breakfast at the Sparo restaurant was excellent. On our first day, due to the Christmas holidays, the restaurant was closed and a continental breakfast was offered instead. Unfortunately, it was quite limited and rather poor in terms of variety, and not comparable to the full restaurant breakfast. Special thanks to Lisa at the front……

“Beautiful location, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend. Despite my stay being during the off season, they made sure I was taken care of with dinner and breakfast on my overnight stay. Great location to rest after travel and exploring the nearby Cape Spear/Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve. I like that each suite is named after a location along the Irish loop and the photography hung throughout the hotel is really nice to appreciate the landscapes in the area. I……
